1. Are your products authentic?
Out of Stock Kicks only sells 100% authentic products. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
2. What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
Available forms of payment include PayPal and credit cards. You do not have to have Paypal to purchase from us.
3. Can I ship to another address when paying for an item?
Unfortunately, no. The shipping address should match with the delivery address. If this differs, there is a chance your order will be cancelled.
4. How are prices determined?
Prices are based on current market value. We have added a feature called "Make an Offer" on each product. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, international shipping is not available. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
6. How long will it take for you to ship my order and how quickly will it get to me?
Most orders take up to 3 business days to be processed prior to shipment. Shipping times may vary based on the delivery address provided. Your order may take up to 5 business days to arrive once shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated.
7. Can I request for more photos of the shoe that I’m interested in?
Absolutely! Please email us at ooskicks@gmail.com with the name, size, and price of the item.
8. What if my package does not arrive?
We do not offer signature confirmation and are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. We will only ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Carefully review the exact delivery address prior to finalizing your purchase.
9. What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review all information/condition of products prior to finalizing your purchase.
10. Why was my order cancelled?
We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and will provide an explanation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason at our sole discretion.
